My friend was involved in a motorcycle accident in Seattle recently when a vehicle turned unexpectedly at an intersection. He escaped serious injury but fractured his arm and has been unable to work while recovering. The other driver’s insurance company has contacted him about the accident, and he’s unsure how to respond or what information he should keep.
